This is what that fan had to say when we asked him how he heard about our indiegogo. I think I first heard of Helsott when I saw your band listed on the Paganfest lineup. I remember seeing on the poster that you were a USA band. I was familiar with the other bands on the lineup, but not yours. I didnt get to Paganfest and didnt get around to pursuing more about your band until a few days ago. Im a huge fan of Týr as well as afan of the folk-metal genre, and I learned about your Indiegogo campaign from a posting by Tyr on Facebook. I figured if you played Paganfest and were recommended by Tyr, then I should check you out. Also the name Helsott led to think Id probably enjoy your music. So I watched the video for Honour Thy Valkyrie on YouTube and loved it. I listened to your other two songs that are on your website. Great, also. I have helped a couple of other bands with similar campaigns on similar websites. Its been a positive experience for me. The bands are always gracious and grateful, and I get to feel like Im being a part of the process. Im very pumped about hearing more music from Helsott as well as getting some cool stuff.
