Its Friday and a great day to think of 10,000 reasons to bless the Lord. Start with just one, even that you were able to get out of bed this morning. Thank Him for a place to lay your head at night. Thank Him for the smallest of things and you will remember more as the day goes by. We can even thank Him for the pain of life because it has strengthened us and molded us to become stronger in the Lord. Lord, please go before us and teach us to be grateful for what we have, not dwelling on those things that we dont have. Help us to be joyful for those whose lives seem to be altogether lovely and give us dreams for the future. Let the brightness of the Holy Spirit overtake us today and may we shine with Your love. Asking extra prayers for Shiloh and Brian as they hope to close on their house today. Lord open the doors we ask and Thy will be done. Thank You for this extreme blessing that is before them. Thank You that Jesus is my Advocate and that He defends me when Satan tries to bring up the past. Help me to use my past in a positive way to help others who are struggling with similar issues. Give me wisdom as I seek to bear the burdens of those who are weighted down with more than they can bear. Help me to always direct them back to You.
