Its Monday - lets be mindful together. A small exercise for you to try... REDECORATING YOUR INSIDES If youre feeling overwhelmed by stress, worry, anger, fear - write down at least three situations you consider to be positive, however small. Emotions are as transient as pain; write down when you have a moment where you notice that might be, dare I say it, positive. Write down the situation when you felt this positive feeling, along with the date and time. (An example: 13 Sept 16.04 - Someone smiled at me on the busy. Got a twinge of lightheartedness and heart twang of happiness. (Dont write, They probably thought I was someone else...)) (more exercises like this can be found in my book, Sane New World!)
