Its Sunday. I am not a church person but I get the message that this song is expressing. The thing is, prayer, no matter how powerful, is a passive action. I fully think that its a good idea to keep people in your minds and express some sort of blessings for them. I believe that if you send positive energy out, you get positive energy in return. BUT, think what we could do for people if we not only prayed (or sent out positive energy) we DID something for people. This song is about the power of prayer and the strength we gain from our faith moving us to action. I think thats the key part, it moved him to action. Supporting people who may just need a hand. Sending money off to a far away charity is OK I guess, but if we could find a way to do things in our own communities, then we could start to change things not only in ourselves, but in our world (both small and big scale)....
