Its a physiological fact: eating refined carbs and sugar will make you crave more of the same. I know what it feels like to be in the middle of that crazy, never-ending loop of eating that stuff, wanting more, eating that stuff... you get my point. Focus on proteins, lots of greens, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds, and so on. Im not saying never eat a slice of bread again, but find the balance that your body craves and get out of the insane loop.
