Its a quiet night. I have the house to myself and Im just sitting here reflecting on the last few years. -I witnessed my brother marry his soulmate. -I got to hold my first nephew minutes after he was born. -I became a godmother. -I gained 2 bonus nephews -I finally know what its like to truly be in love, and have it back in return. -I lost everything I owned in a flood but realized that now that I have a true partner, disasters arent as disastrous as they have to be. - Dean moved in with me (something that 10 years ago never would have happened) - I met Deans family and Im slowly trying to win them over. I hope they get used to me because I plan on being around until death do us part. - I watched my best friend go from being my awesome best friend Diane, to a wife and now a mother. - I watched as my boyfriend stood by my side for every lumbar puncture, CT scan or MRI I had to go through and he did it with a light mood to keep me calm and kept my mind on something else. (Best. Boyfriend. Ever) - I went to New York!!! - I saw a taping of SNL!!! - I went to Punta Cana. - I swam with dolphins and sharks and jelly fish. -I did the Edge-Walk! - went snowshoeing in Huntsville and made a complete ass of myself on camera (yay for GoPro) -everyday I come home from work and wind down and wait for the sound of the car to come in at 5:30pm when Dean gets home, I get my kiss and Tim jumps on me like he hasnt seen me in months. Im the luckiest girl in the world.
