Its a sad fact that candidates with Aspergers Syndrome are less successful in job interviews because of their failure to connect with (is: socially entertain) the interviewer. Companies are missing out on conscientious, hard-working talent because another candidate is better at banter (and that will cost a few company hours as that talent is exercised at work) and the correct socially cohesive facial expressions. It is time Aspergers is recognised, along with the talents of those who think and relate differently.
