Its a scary thing when people feel their worth lies in material things, such as cars, homes, name brands etc... What would happen to them if they lost their valued items? They would feel their value left right along with their possessions. They would feel like their worth was gone, that they were less of a man/woman. What if they lost their job? What if they had to sell everything they owned to make ends meet? What if they had to sell their home and all their MK purses and overpriced clothes? How would this affect them? Some people wouldnt be able to cope. Those who realize our value doesnt lie material things, but instead in the simple yet profound fact that we are children of the most high would carry on without devastating results. If you are a believer and have a relationship with the Father, please know that YOU ARE VALUABLE JUST BECAUSE OF HIM. He values you. You have worth because He is worthy. Please dont think for one minute that the car you drives, clothes you wear, the house you live in or the degree you hold gives you value. Those things can go so quickly. But your worth is established based on nothing you have done. Dont sell yourself short of knowing how much you are loved and cherished by the one who truly matters đ
