Its absolutely amazing how such great, enthusiastic, eager individuals are on the daily grind to look for positions with a reputable company to build and succeed and do not get the time of day because now everything is based on a paper resume and not the person themselves. I remember when an individual would apply IN PERSON and have the opportunity to show the company their true genuine assets and personality and choose the best candidate. Companies waste more money picking candidates from paper and spending money to train and develop and only to find out they are not the best candidate after all
