Its absurd when i interacted with US Gen.Dempsey he spoke one word i keep laughing at us,He said Ugandan President and UPDF we arent areal government we are Bandits trying forge a nation. After along exchange he said again Try your luck but NRA becoming UPDFis going no where globally they see its exhausted rebel group running a state no able to survive beyond Museveni rule. Gen.Dempsey said it takes US Military 2 Hours wipe Uganda unlike Libya or Iraq but the fanatic lunatic regime is always conning,baking and fooling Washington,DC politicians.......romantising its Human rights record and Democracy. Gen.Dempsey stressed and said they see Museveni as a declining rule on exit any time as well from the military situation room in Pentagon,commanders say he is a useless fellow now who wants a family empire survive on small Uganda which he may end up loosing and entire family becomes a refuge. He said he feels powerful at self individually leaving a weak army behind all bastard commanders follow because he wants to achieve individually.
