Its all about building relationships. But remember, relationship building must include relational reciprocity. Thats where many get discouraged in the church. People get so busy pointing fingers that they dont have time to grasp hands. Its the old reap what you sow adage. If you plant relationships you get relationships. What are you planting? Are you taking the time to develop relationships? If not, why? You may just find that people actually need you too.
