Its all too easy to dismiss others values in your life. This is especially true with spouses and loved ones that partake in the rat race of daily life right along side yourself. I knew when I grabbed the girls Saturday morning and left the house to give Jolei some time without children to prepare for a highly contested court case that instead of her getting some much needed relaxation that she and a few other invaluable young women would be burning the midnight oil preparing for a monumental trial. My suspicions were validated by her 1:45am arrival home last night after nearly 20 hours straight at the office. On top of that, all SE Texas women with daughters know this is recital week for Taylor Dance Studio. My last count was 14 custom costumes ready to go for Monday morning. I want to personally thank Courtney, and Hillary for your exhausting efforts in assisting with the costumes and prep work for our daughters recital. The girls will forever remember the generosity of your labor. Trust me, it will be emphatically drilled into their heads with repetition. (by me of course) :v Melody, your intelligence, wit, and expertise in your field pales in comparison to NO ONE that I know. Ive always highly respected that... especially when opposing Jolei. I cant count how many nights Ive done without my wife due to a case on the other side of you. You bring out the best in her because NOTHING in the courtroom is taken easily from you. Every detail is a hard fought battle earned, not given. Your virtue is rare and nearly impossible to find these days. Thanks for all that you do, rising to the occasion on a moments notice, and for being our friend. Darlene, what can I say? Youve saved our butts so many times, Ive lost count. My crazy wife has changed your career more times than her mind, and you know how often that is. lol Still, you keep coming back for more. Thats not employee dedication, its love. Believe me, we love you too. A heartfelt thanks for all you do. And to the other girls at the office, youre not escaping so easily. I watch from the sidelines and see what yall do.... and I appreciate it dearly. None of us would be anywhere without you providing the foundation. Thanks for supporting the team so well.
