Its been 15 days since my surgery. I want to say thanks for the phone calls and private message that I have recieved. I also wanted to give you an update. I have been doing really well, I was sent home with pain meds and anti inflamintory meds. I only took the pain meds once and threw them back up within two minutes. So I only took the anti inflamitory meds about once a day for 4-5 days. I actually peeled my liquid stitches off on sunday morning. I attended a zumba class last thursaday which was 9 days after surgery, I paid close attention to my body that day but I think I did pretty well. I went back to work on the 5th day afterwards. Everyone kept telling me that I would physically feel better after I had the cyst removed. I never really thought that I felt bad with it except the one week out of the month that it affected my ovary, which in turn caused constipation. But within a few days I realized how it had affected my body. Lol my system returned to it normal self within a few days, and as my wounds healed I litterally felt things shifting around, it took prob 7 days before I felt hungry I am not constantlly thirsty like I did for a few months there. Girls at work say I look like I lost weight, since the surgery, not sure about that one yet but I do feel better. I am starting to notice the hormone changes now, its like there is a few different set of emotions going on with me at all times. I had ghe cyst and the ovary removed right in the middle of my normal cycle, so between that and the recovery from surgery, my body chemicals are a little imbalanced. So I take advantaged of the burst of energy time and try to rest during the energy draining times. When I am up I am up when I am down I am down. Since my surgery i have found out that I got a promotion at work, that starts with training next week, so my hormones have to get it together soon. Lol my mom will be her for a visit in a few weeks so I am activlly planning and scheduling things for us to do. I will be on vacation then too. Anyway just wanted to give you all one update incase you missed some of the smaller ones. I love you allbut speaking of work, I have to be there in 20 minutes. Lol
