Its been 4 weeks ive abandoned white sugar or any kind of food containing sugar or its content in any form from my life!! Natural sugar is what i consume i.e from fruits. If you want to improve your immunity, if you find it difficult to recover from colds, coughs or any kind of sickness, try this no sugar way to improve your health. Brown organic sugar is still OK! But the white one is pure poison!!!! Moreover excess of sugars makes your bones tender reducing its density. Weak bones= weak muscles= weak fitness health!!!
