Its been a crazy couple of weeks here on the farm. Our custom harvestor finished the last of the summer grains tonight. Now there is barley straw left to bale and the grain fields will be done. We are in the middle of harvesting the earliest potatoes. We will have Red Norlands and Yukon Golds at markets this week. We are still planting fall greens with more spinach, kale, lettuce, and herbs going in the ground yet this week. We have started to harvest the early plantings of greens and they will be at market this week as well. Busy, busy, busy.
