Its been a tough year for Nissan Motorsport but the team left the Bathurst 1000 with a second placing for James Moffat and Taz Douglas, despite two incidents at Griffiths Bend, and three of its four entries in the top 10. It marked Nissans return to the Mount Panorama Circuit podium for the first time since its second place in the 1998 AMP Bathurst 1000 Super Touring event. And James now joins father Allan Moffat as a Bathurst podium finisher.
