Its been a very hard week, both physically and emotionally. Im so fortunate to have the support that I do both at home and from many others all over the US as we take this journey to find answers. Ive said it a million times and Ill say it again, this boutique world is more than just clothes and creations; its the friendships, the support, the encouragement, the advice, its the willingness to help others in need and to build one another up, Ive never seen anything like it and I feel so blessed to be apart of it. The designers that I work with and friends Ive met through this boutique community, ARE my second family. Thank you all for the many messages, calls, texts, to check in and see how I was doing. Thank you for messaging my husband when you couldnt reach me to make sure everything was ok. Thank you to one special mama and one designer for thinking of us on a load night when I was unable to cart. Thank you to each of you who contributed and sent 4 gorgeous flower arrangements and two Sherris Berries packages, which just arrived at my front door. I honestly had to double check to make sure they were all for us. Those flowers bring so much hope and brighten my home and heart and I can assure you those edibles arent going to last long ;) As I sit here reading all the cards, tears fall down my face and there it is, a smile. A smile for the first time this week
