Its been awhile, so heres to a whole new start! People have asked me how I have been maintaining my weightloss even after I quit working out back in JUNE! Simple. Dont fuel your body with garbage, and itll be good to you too. Am I perfect? Hell no. Ive eaten proper portion sizes, but I eat whatever I want! Ive allowed myself a time or two to completely gorge on an entire personal pizza... Sometimes 3 full sushi rolls, nachos, sausage patties, and whoopie pie cakes. And do NOT get me started on how quick I can eat a whole gallon of ice cream. Hell I even had a dozen or two fried wings at a time! Beer, liquor and wine included. So no, I clearly dont starve to maintain this! Truth of the matter is I have a very serious issue in my spine so the pain actually made me stop. Thankfully, through a lot of trial and error, Ive learned how to avoid the pain 95% of the time. Yes, thats an estimate but basically I dont have pain everyday. Sometimes I only have it once a week. But when I do, I feel paralyzed. So heres what I am going to do about it: get my ass back in gear and lose the last of my weight. 20-25 more pounds. Heres the how: 21 day fix, 4 different circuits of 30 day challenges including abs, squats, push ups and planks, and I am going to alternate in a little combat cardio. Heres the why: I am sick and tired, of being SICK and TIRED! Im taking control of my health again. After all, I have already lost, and MAINTAINED, 30 pounds... 17 inches of body fat, and 6 full pants/skirt sizes smaller! So heres a chart to follow to help any of you that are interested. Lets do some challenges! I know Im about to knock out day 1 + ab ripper! Xoxo
