Its big day for us Indians and many were stuck to their TVs...no lesser me also was anxious to know more of trends... ..But in the narrow meaning of democracy, its small unit is an association and doing thats bit started wandering CHQ from sharp ten today. Visited the offices and followed up with chairmans members ANS EDHR GMHR GM HR ANS and therefore wud like to share with you the information that reveal no presentation is possible before June means we have to do transfers first so lets start from JETs..from next week after discussing them .transfers wud be done. Chairman, we approached for some IR issue that he asked member HR to address. EDHR n GMHR also show their eagerness to resolve that IR issue. Meeting with Member ANS and EDCNSOM couldnt prove fruitful one....as the issues like recruitment of JETS ..would be taking more time ..During discussions asked member n ED raise number of Jets to b recruited from from 250 to 400......a PSE assigned the job of recruitment but scope of job cud see now the light of day after it was made clear by GMHR ANS. .lets c how much time it wud tKe. Followed up with GMHR ANS for balance JETS to be promoted as AM .....AM to M ...AGM to DGM after GM interview but PARs still awaited . He promised he wud contact directly to the stations for PARs. Industrial action letter served by hand.
