Its crap like this that keeps me up at night sometimes...going over escape plans for my employees and patrons, and how to deal with emergency situations (no joke, I have a hard time sleeping sometimes because Ill go on tangents of thoughts along this line). Granted we live in Bay City, Michigan: but you can never know where the crazies are going to do their business. It sucks that we are socialized to be uncivilized. Why is it so hard to be considerate, and act rationally when you have been wronged (no matter the severity of the offense)? A co worker told me that we had a regular the other day flip their shit because someone wasnt paying attention and accidentally cut them in line. The offender genuinely was sorry and apologized, but the victim wouldnt drop it.
