Its funny seeing Carmen & Molly meeting the newcomers because theyre not sure what to think. Theyre suppose to be teaching them the ropes around here but instead the new furkids are trying to show them a thing or two! We require all clients be current on vaccinations & non-aggressive for all of our services. Socialization is great for the well being of all doggies but if your doggie already shows signs of aggression putting them in our setting is NOT going to fix it nor is it safe for our current guests. I recommend dog training to address the problem and taking an aggressive dog from 1 facility to another isnt the answer. Its not fair to the doggie nor the others. Our guests must pass a temperament test in order to be accepted and if at any time your dog shows aggression he/she will be removed from the group and recommended to seek professional training. In order to be accepted back it will go through tests. We cant jeopardize the safety and well-being of our guests. It sounds like were very selective and yes, we are but any of our clients that have their beloved pooch with us respects that & Im sure you would too. We focus on the care and quality of service rather than the quantity to pack a room. Our next dog training course begins Saturday, June 14th, 4pm-5pm. For details call 913.980.4882.
