Its hard to believe that just over 12 months ago we returned from Melbourne. She had just started dancing for the first time and thoroughly enjoying herself. Fast forward a year and now look at her! Shes absolutely thriving in the dance world. I enjoyed dancing as a kid (but didnt really do much with it), so Id like to think she got her moves from me (ha!) but she oozes confidence and that certainly isnt from me! Last night after her concert she was awarded the schools little star of 2014. I cannot tell you how proud I am of her. Regardless of her health, her physical and emotional challenges, this kids has just got on with life and given it 100%. She may not be able to play contact sports, shes may not ever be a runner (trust me - she wont! chemo well and truly took that away from her legs!) but when it comes to dancing - I think she might just be going somewhere! Massive thank you to Brooke Hill and Ash Boxhall from ATJ Dance School- thank you for believing in Ella and giving her a chance to become something great.
