Its ironic how getting good news can still feel so unrewarding. The results of Lindas endoscopy today revealed that there is no significant blockage between the esophagus and the stomach. The portion of the tumor in the stomach is smaller, and the portion in the esophagus is about the same. That is indeed very good news. However, the doctor had no solutions for Lindas ongoing problems with eating. She still cannot get her stomach to cooperate. She has no real feeling of nausea, so we are completely baffled as to how we can help make this better. We were hoping that the endoscopy would shed some light on this problem, but, unfortunately, it did not.
