Its natural inclination to put ourselves down,were surrounded in negative, negative continuous, were live in negative world...begin to guard your mind against negative....like turn off the tv,, don`t listen to negative people...you must watch what you put in your mind...if you dont program your mind the world will program it for you!!!! Be happy, let positive consume your mind and your soul....and you will see the way :)
