Its no secret that, in most cases, theres a gender gap in wages across the country. Not even the current administration is impervious to such truths, as a recent study shows female White House staffers make 88 cents for every dollar their male counterparts make. Senate Democrats plan to discuss the Paycheck Fairness Act this week, which would further regulate how private companies compensate their employees. The bill is expected to face stiff opposition from the Republican-controlled House. What do you think about the gender gap in wages? And do you think further regulation from the federal government is the answer? Thanks for your thoughts and comments.
