Its not JUST about the lives that are lost, its about the perceived worth and treatment of people of color in America. EVEN if we ignore prior history and start with George Zimmerman, and even if no black lives were lost, then just on harassment alone, people of color are being treated poorly based on stereotypical perceptions rather than by fairness or equality... I AM NO EXCEPTION, it has happened to me repeatedly as well, as well as by some of you. I am lucky to be alive... I should add, even outside of law enforcement we are repeatedly judged by stereotype. While shopping, while in the workplace, while living in certain neighborhoods etc. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Its one thing to dislike or mistrust someone, its another to react/ over react bases on that without just cause! If you question my words, doubt my reality or that of others, then there is no excuse for your ignorance, go look it up, scroll down below, check out some post, I posted a video on Tim WIse, watch it... Ignorance is no longer an excuse. Before becoming law enforcement, and before becoming a workplace boss or peer, or a retail specialist, everyone is just someone with a perception.. CHANGE IT!
