Its not by works that were saved,but by Grace. There were 2 men. 1 was a good man,the other was a crook. When the man told Jesus he kept all the commandments. Jesus said,youre lacking 1 thing. Sell everything you have & follow me,but he didnt do it,therefore salvation didnt come to him. The crook went to see Jesus stated that He was going to his house today. When he talked with Jesus,he changed. Not only did he stop robbing people,but he paid them more than what he took from them & gave money to the poor. You see Grace isnt a license to sin,but makes you want to sin less. The more you fall in love with Jesus,the less you fall in love with sin. This story tells you that its not by works,but by salvation from Jesus. If you never made Jesus your Lord & Savior,heres a prayer for you. Lord Jesus,please come into my life & touch my heart. I am a sinner & want a relationship with You. Lord come into my life & make me brand new. In Jesus name Amen. If you said that with your mouth & confessed with your heart,then you are saved. Remember some people confess with their mouth,but dont mean it with their hearts and thats why they feel no change in their lives.
