Its not in the nature of the devil to see your progress. He does not take delight and pleasure in the uprising of a believer. Since time memorial, he has been fighting the progress of believers. He launches COUNTER ATTACKS. In Matthews 3, Jesus got baptised by John the Baptist at river Jordan and God spoke from heaven saying, this is my son in whom I am well pleased In Matthew 4, Jesus was led to the mountain by the Spirit and devil followed him there to question his legitimacy as a son of God. He said to him, if you are the SON of God, turn this stone to bread. Now, this shows that Satan was present when God said, Jesus is my son. The devil is always there when our miracles are happening and he comes back to launch counter attacks. He doesnt fold his arm and congratulate us for receiving what we receive from God. He will always challenge our testimony, our miracles, our blessings. Several times, the devil would come to you and question or challenge your credibility and legitimacy in Christ. He would say to you, if indeed you are a child of God, why are you going through what you are going through. If you are healed as your pastor said, why do you still feel the pain? Say to the devil, devil, it does not matter what I am passing through right now, it doesnt matter how I feel right now. It does not change the fact that I am a child of God. I am not moved by what I see or how I feel, I am moved by the word of God All the negative voices you hear in your mind is the devils voice questioning your faith in Christ but no matter what you are going through right now, put the devil where he belongs and you are going to prove the devil wrong that You are called by God I am praying for you right now, that when the enemy comes in like flood, the Spirit of God will raise up a standard against him in Jesus Name!
