Its not that you can NEVER do planks again. Core trauma doesnt mean you can only walk and never run for the rest of your life. Its about progression. Fit2B will progress you back into planks gradually. Well get you into twisting motions again gradually AFTER we go over the basics of - as this article calls it - blow before you go. Our first five quick routines lay the foundation and the other 90+ take you MUCH further! As for crunches, meh. There are so many more fun moves to explore ;) But overall, my heart is to get yall back to doing whatever it is you love BUT with a stronger center as your base. I built Fit2B because I couldnt accept the workout death sentence. I had to keep teaching during rehab! I had to figure out how to modify without undoing the precious work Id done to fix my core. And I desperately wanted to help others learn how to save/heal their tummies.
