Its not whether Isharat was terrorist or not. The more imp question is that whether she was encountered legally or not. Being a terrorist/maoist/criminal does not mean being killed cold blooded. Those preaching abt nationhood and all should care that boiling sense of nationhood and patriotism have always brought disaster on mankind- whether it was nazis or japanease. A controlled sense of nationhood within ambit of constitution is very imp for a pluristic country like India to evolve and prosper.
