Its now officially Christmas day! The 23rd I was able to meet with the 3 boys I nannied and ones girlfriend. She lives in Puerto Rico and goes to med school with the middle R. Shes a very nice young lady. We met a Mokas for coffee, etc. which I treat them to whenever they are in Salina. At 6:00PM Christmas eve Brenda, David and I went to First Southern Baptist for their Christmas eve candlelight service, which was very nice and got to give Christmas greetings to our very dear longtime friends. There were sacks of cookies, etc. prepared and on a table that you could take and were encouraged to take them to a store, motel, nursing home, etc. where people were working and then give them the treat sack. We took one of ours to a Quik Trip near our house and one up on the hill. Brenda took hers to the ER. David and I went to the boys Dads house for their annual Christmas eve party. Been going there for 18 or so years. Santa used to come, but now the boys and friends children have outgrown that. Now they all have careers, live different places, have girl friends or boy friends. One even has a 4 month old son. An enjoyable Christmas eve!
