Its really depressing, but to say offensive and nonsensical, to hear that the Tories FIRST action in office will be to cap benefits. The whole benefits issue is an important one - though the determination to condemn any family with four children without a parent in work (and a lot of four child families who DO have a parent in work) to further poverty seems vicious, judgemental and ultimately pointless. It would have virtually NO effect on any major financial markers but could impact horribly on the families concerned Seems to be a policy to show they are even more spiteful and mean-minded than UKIP. Nice
