Its saddening to know that from our childhood we are made to fear Allah, Islam and its followings. Parents go like Namaz parho warna Allah taala dozakh mein daaleinge but not Namaz parho tau Allah buhat sawab deinge. We are not taught the basics of the teachings of Islam but are spoon fed and are made to believe that whatever beliefs and thoughts the parents and the teachers possess, only those are right. On the contrary, if we go to our educational institutes, we are properly taught about the fields starting from the basic and gradually building up and thats the reason we succeed in the academic fields and fail miserably in understanding and following the religion. Religion itself, is kept as an entirely separate entity.
