Its so sad to hear about the untimely death of anyone, especially when it is suicide - a massively taboo subject, so interconnected with mental health - and also the suicide rates are significantly higher for men - up to 4 times higher in the uk and 7 times higher in Russia - its clear for me that when i believed in my thoughts to be my reality especially those negative /depressive/self loathing ones i can see how someone can go into the space of taking there own life - there is such a lack of support and education in the true nature of the mind, which i see is the cause of most of the worlds problems - there are many practices and organisations working directly to help this sad situation with varying degrees of success - thankfully i discovered a training and community 7 years ago that really has lifted this veil of darkness in my own life and for many others for which i am eternally grateful - anyone that wishes to help themselves or to empower others to experience the beneficial power of life in each moment however it looks should check out balancedview.org - there are weekly open meetings @hamilton house in Bristol every sunday from 11.15am - blessings and love to Robin Williams and all those affected by suicide and violence in all its forms….
