Its surprising to learn that AFRICA WAS IN ARREARS OF POVERTY thas was why Ghanaians lay hands on only 12% of their oil proceeds and 5% of their Gold. Nigerians and Lybians now actually dont know whether they have oil. Congo and young South Sudan are helpless. All French Speaking African countries have agreed to be generational slaves to their Creditor(France). South Africans were fooled as they were told it was geographical error for them to be part of AFRICA. How can we pay off these debts?.
