I consider myself something of an expert in this area, having had frequent headaches since childhood. Its common for me to take painkillers for headaches a few times a week, although I have noticed a marked decrease in the frequency and severity of said ailment since I stopped drinking regular tea. Through trial and error, I discovered that earl grey tea is fine for me, whereas standard tea can fairly reliably trigger migraines. I dont fully understand why this is the case, but it is certainly my experience.
