Its time to bid goodnight to The Late Show with David Letterman. The veteran talk show host announced during the taping of his show Thursday in New York City that hell be retiring come 2015. It was just last year that The Late Show celebrated its 20th anniversary. At that time, Letterman quipped that when people ask him how much longer hell be hosting the show, he tells them, I wanna be dragged out of here kicking and screaming -- like they did with Regis! Before he began hosting The Late Show in 1993, Letterman hosted NBCs Late Night with David Letterman, which debuted in 1982.
