Its time to play fun with the First Amendment Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. I wish to exercise my right to freely speak, and to gather my supporters peacefully in legal protest of my grievances and to have my petition of such grievances heard by such governing bodies as can correct the gross injustice done to me in Shafter, California, by the Shafter Police Department and the family court system. I believe the family courts are acting in good faith, but they act based on faulty assumptions and their tendencies are informed by grossly inappropriate discrimination based on religion, gender and disability. I am not Christian although I believe in God. I was in a relationship where we mutually decided to bend traditional gender roles. I suffer from a chronic and debilitating illness treated with medical marijuana alone. There is no permanent cure for my illness and it will get worse. I will probably end up in a wheelchair someday because of it. But none of this makes me an unfit father. None of it entitles my ex wife to retain complete control of our joint marital assets. What I didnt pay for with my own paychecks I supported her while she earned. I worked full time while she finished school. I paid our tax bill out of my check so she could maximize 403(b) contributions. Logic 101 again. Either the court admits, which it has in open court records, her accusations have no merit and give me my child and my property OR the courts are complicit in what amounts to a criminal racketeering ring intended to either fleece the unprotected when they have the misfortune to divorce within Kern County OR they are using publicly funded courtrooms to promote a regressive conservative political agenda. The police are either incompetent or corrupt. Any way you slice it...I deserve my child and my property. Whether criminals are punished isnt my job...but crimes HAVE been committed against me. In my opinion, my ex and at least a cop or two have criminal charges coming their way. I doubt any will be pressed. She has a uterus. She must be telling the truth. But I will not tolerate any more abuse.
