Its true! Im working REALLY hard on my next book right now -- hence my rather quietness here -- but I want to tell you that my book is really just a lot more of The Abundant Mama Project -- just new delicious material on one important topic -- intentional, present living and slowing down. You know, my specialty, in other words. BUT ... get this. Im not going to tell you to unplug for a week or your whole life. Yep. Im going to take you on a very different ride ... as always. :) In the meantime, read this to get your mama neurons moving in your brain because while that video thats going around is getting traction, youre probably feeling guilt when you check your phone for the time. (joking, sort of) I have made a family of friends online, a family of the most loving and caring mothers around the world -- none of which I would have met in real connections offline. I am a better mother because of the these friendships and words of strangers. When used intentionally, the Internet can be a life-changing force for an isolated mom who is in the trenches. Dont let anyone make you feel guilty for being online. And Ill leave it at that for tonight but if you are one of the mamas feeling the guilt of that video -- or any other sentiment that you are less than because you spend some time online -- show up here tomorrow.
