Its very disturbing that so many celebrities end up dead. Although we call these situations by the outcome drug overdose suicide etc , we need to remember that there is an underlying common root issue here. Depression, unhappiness, loneliness, lack of privacy, lack of people to trust...celebrities give up so much of themselves to entertain us. Yes, its their choice to be in the eye of public opinion, but they are human and very real, yet the masses turn to Facebook, Twitter and other social media outlets to spread scandalous stories about them to sell magazines and generate publicity. Some cant even seek help for fear or embarrassment of how it will affect their career if it goes public. I dont read gossip magazines because it perpetuates the evil machine that we know as celebrity. For anyone that wishes to have more money, fame or beauty , know that these material things isolate you from the world and drive you farther away from the things that are important in life such as your livelihood, health and family. I challenge you to use your dollar on things that promote positive things in the world and the next time you are tempted to like or RT a meme, remember that that person is a real human who happens to have a very public life and they have feelings and parents or children or spouses that may see what your are spreading about them. Lets honor our artists instead of drive them into desolation.
