Its very sad and somewhat incomprehensible to think that anyone would consider themselves not worthy, not capable of anything. Although everyday people are being told or thinking that. Small stupid little comments. You just cant predict how something can or could be perceive. What stops a lot of people from speaking up or seeking help is the fear.. Fear of being labelled a failure, fear of what people think. It takes as much courage to ask someone are they ok. Immeasurable courage to say no. But the ability to be there and listen without judgement is what is absolutely required.
