Its very surprising there are so many likes on here. We live in Africa and used someone who was visiting the UK to purchase to iphones for us. These phones have now been locked since inception. We hold the invoice and the full original phones which we paid over USD1500 for. Carphone COMPLETELY refuses to help us get this units working unless we are able to get the purchaser to contact them. We are unable to get hold of the gentlemen concerned as he has moved to Canada. No matter what we have offered to do we could present Carphone Warehouse with a sworn Affridavit stamped by the British Emb/Cons affirming that the units are ours that is why we have them and their invoice. These phones were sold to a Foreigner knowing that they would be for foreign use yet they dont work. We find that Carphone Warehouse and their attitude is not only misleading sales but they are refusing customer service. We have purchased many phones elsewhere in the world since 1993 like this due to sometimes lack of availability here and have NEVER experienced this ONLY with CarPhone Warehouse it is an absolute disgrace!
