Its with great sadness for the Salamunovich family but great joy - TopicsExpress

Its with great sadness for the Salamunovich family but great joy for my Uncle Joseph, that I announce his passing early this morning at the age of 89 in Studio City. He was the second to the last of the five sons born to my grandparents and was the last surviving member. This year, we lost Uncle George two days after my dad went into the hospital last September, my dad in April and now Uncle Joseph so the last three went within about 13 months of one another. For those of you who didnt know him, he was the most gentle soul Ive ever known and just as sweet. I never heard him say a bad thing about anyone and never saw him angry with anyone either. He was a true example to all of us who were lucky enough to call him uncle, brother, cousin, son or just friend. There was an interesting thing about him that whenever I introduced him to anyone as my Uncle Joe, EVERYONE of them without exception then greeted him as Uncle Joe! I know he had quite a welcome when he showed up this morning at heavens door! He was a treasure to me and so many others and I will miss him dearly. Joseph Anthony Salamunovich February 27, 1925----October 23, 2014.
