Lawd help cos I struggled EACH TIME!!! I learned breathing exercises and birthing positions. I learned that only right-minded folk can be in the delivery room with you. I learned you have to EAT right and you PREP for delivery. Its not about the 9 months but being ready to DELIVER! I learned that if you scream the nurses leave you. I always had a roomful of help because I took the pain. Birthing always brings pain but it’s a natural process. Those who try to wiggle their way out of the natural and spiritual process end up pushing again the natural flow of what’s to come. God said it’s time – you are in position but if you don’t flow you might be in the same place NEXT year! In this case this is NOT the time to say NEXT – it’s time to say NOW! What takes place in the spirit comes to fruition in the natural! Some of you are about to deliver - - know that JOY comes AFTER the delivery!
