It’s easy in this town to feel like you’re never gonna get there. There’s more users than helpers in Hollywood. Its an industry of rejection. Anyone of color has their opportunities reduced exponentially. But in spite of the odds, you all fight the fight. You all make a difference. And for that reason, you allow others to dream big. You might not realize it, but you all inspire. You inspire those who didn’t have the fearlessness or talent to do what we do. To dream as we do. Not everyone will be a Viola Davis, but then again there’s is no one who can be you. I encourage you all to DREAM BIG and DREAM FIERCE.
