It’s time for me move out of the past so the HG is up for sale, I don’t have the time or room for her now. HG Holden 1971 sedan, Approx 130,000 miles (it’s been around the clock), licensed, great running order, she was my daily. ENGINE: Blue 308, standard rebuild 6 years ago, 30 thou over bore, flat top ACL pistons, 10 thou grind on the crank and the block was zero decked. 2 years ago the cam wiped a lobe so now it has been fitted with a hyd roller cam (Comp cam custom grind), hyd roller lifters and dual springs (titanium retainers with 10° collets) all supplied by ‘Doug Herbert Performance Parts’ and Yella Terra roller rockers. The heads are ‘B cast’ and have been fitted with stainless valves. FUEL SYSTEM: Dedicated LPG, single (70 Ltr) tank (second manifold tank (65 Ltr) comes with it, not fitted), OMVL RE90 Convertor and Technocard 650 CFM LPG carburettor. GEARBOX: Supra 5 speed (W58), fitted Feb 2014, heavy duty clutch (approx. 50%), hyd clutch system. BODY: Better than average, the usual rust spots i.e. bottom of doors and rear sills, around the bottom of the rear window. The passenger front door and both front guards are rust free and have fresh paint on them the bonnet was sprayed as well. The floors are good but the fuel tank surround had rusted and the tank was removed and sold. Subframe looks good one small spot of rust near radiator support. LIGHTS: All exterior globes have been replaced with LEDs (flasher unit upgraded as well), standard headlights have been replaced with halogens (H4) lenses and fitted with HID’s Any questions please don’t hesitate to PM, I’ll let her go for $7000 plus I have a heap of spare parts to go with her, too many to list….needless to say the buyer will need a decent trailer… Car is in Bertram
