Ive always disliked the anti-vax movement from a logical perspective, but looking at the actual number of future moms who dont plan on vaccinating their kids now also makes me hate them on an emotional level. If you dont want to vaccinate, fine, but first I think you should be made to go to a country where there is no ready access to vaccinations. I think you should be made to go and tell every single person infected or dying from one of those diseases vaccines prevent that you, who have easy access to those vaccines, are electing not to give them to your child because some mom blog or airheaded celebrity with zero scientific backing told you they were bad. Go tell them that you think vaccines are unnecessary and pointless. I find it endlessly infuriating that people in this country are so accustomed to being safe from preventable diseases that they can focus on negligible amounts of toxins (I have news for you, your body makes formaldehyde naturally in twice the quantity present in most vaccines. Surprise!) rather than being concerned about the alternative of mass infection that occurs once you destroy herd immunity.
