Ive always played football for teams that faced adversity the hardest loosing seasons new coaches on year to year basis teammates who gave up.. All of the tuff challenges that I faced helped make me stronger it made me a better person on the the field and off. I loved playing football for okcps even if the going was ruff and everyone was against me and my team mates! Yes its true there are many run down fields and old stadiums that are no longer in use but where theres a empty field theres somebodys way out! Someones dream, someones passion! Some people will never understand what it was like to walk out on a old rusted beat up field and leave behind many hours of blood,sweat, and tears! Hoping that one day someone recognizes you. That someone recognizes the dedication you put into every rep,every play, every minute, every second, and every day! Back to back days where people would say you cant win your nothing you suck why dont they cancel your season you guys shouldnt play... I always smiled and told them why? Im not going to stop what I love I doing regardless of the situation. The time for change is now!!! I proudly stand tall and will proudly join to movement to help bring a better tomorrow for our kids who play sports for Oklahoma City public schools.... who will join me?
