Ive always wanted to try bowfishing,so I got a bowfishing setup the other day and took it out after work today.Had to crawl down the river bank and then stand out on this old fallen Maple tree to get to where the carp and gar were. It was tough to get a decent and stable shot. Missed my first shot at a gar,but nailed this carp with my second shot. 25 inches long and just guessing around 4 pounds. The shooting conditions made it even more of a challenge and I can see where I could become addicted to this!
