Ive been blessed quite often lately. Lord, today I have realized that the hardships that have been put in my life have built my endurance, my faith in You, my vision, my hopes. I have addressed fears and perceived dangers and, while there have been consequences not of my choosing, they will only strengthen me. You have taught me that happiness is a choice, a choice I have not always made. I have met people that help me in many ways. The most recent exudes happiness through a simple smile and enhances the happiness of those around her by just being in the room. Others have opened themselves up to share their journeys and let others know that our experiences are not unusual. Thank You for always being there, whether I see You or not, and for putting people in my life that build me up and not tear me down. Amen.
